These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of digital products from us, including printable wall art, digital papers, seamless patterns, backgrounds, and other digital design resources. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or make a purchase.
1. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age required to do so in your jurisdiction, you may only use our website and make purchases with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
2. Purchases, Pricing & Payment
Prices for our products are shown on the website at the time of purchase and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. Orders are placed and processed through WooCommerce, and payments are handled through PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors) before it is fulfilled.

You’re responsible for downloading and saving your files to your own device(s); we recommend keeping your own backup copies. If you have trouble accessing a purchase, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a file has been accessed or downloaded. That said, we’ll consider refunds or other appropriate remedies in circumstances such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate purchase)
- The file you received is defective or corrupted and we’re unable to fix or replace it
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer protection law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including any applicable rights relating to digital content. If you believe you’re entitled to a remedy under such laws, please contact us and we’ll address it in line with those legal requirements.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, patterns, and other creative content available on ArtistCastle — including the products we sell — are the intellectual property of ArtistCastle or our licensors. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it as described in the applicable license terms (see Section 6) — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property to you.
Content on our website itself (such as blog posts, product photography, and site graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our permission, separate from any rights you receive when purchasing a product.
6. Product Licenses
What you’re permitted to do with a purchased product — including any personal or commercial use or other conditions — is governed by the license terms provided with, or specified for, that individual product, not by these Terms. Simply initiating a payment dispute or chargeback in good faith is not, on its own, treated as a violation of these Terms.
